We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Afflair Decor. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of proof (photos or video) of the damage.

Return Window:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
• To initiate the return process, please contact us at contact@afflairdecor.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or if items are not to your personal preference.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
